Details of lumpsum payment through wire transfer

The lump-sum covers the following

  1. Free Registration
  2. Accommodation in Hilton Hotel at Cartagena for five nights starting 3rd November 2009 (Check out on 8th November 2009)
  3. All breakfasts
  4. Four Lunches
  5. Two dinners
  6. Three Gala Dinners and Parties (ICRT Inauguration, ALASBIMN Inauguration, Closing ceremony)
  7. Two coffee breaks per day during the conference
  8. Airport transportation (Pick-up and dropping)
  9. One Full-day sight-seeing tour with lunch (5th November 2009).

Lump-sum payment deadline & details of late payment with penalty:

Up to 27th July 2009
• Entire conference package in Single Accommodation : US$ 1500.00
• Entire conference package in Double Accommodation: US$ 1840.00
• Entire conference package on Twin Sharing basis: US$ 920.00 (per person)

From 28th July to 28th September 2009 (with 30% additional amount)
• Entire conference package in Single Accommodation : US$ 1500.00+ US$ 450.00 = US$ 1950.00
• Entire conference package in Double Accommodation: US$ 1840.00 + US$ 552.00 = US$ 2392.00
• Entire conference package on Twin Sharing basis: US$ 920.00 + US$ 276.00 = US$ 1196.00 (per person)

From 29 September to 3 November 2009 (with 50% additional amount)
• Entire conference package in Single Accommodation : US$ 1500.00+ US$ 750.00 = US$ 2250.00
• Entire conference package in Double Accommodation: US$ 1840.00 + US$ 920.00 = US$ 2760.00
• Entire conference package on Twin Sharing basis: US$ 920.00 + US$ 460.00 = US$ 1380.00 (per person)

Refund Policy

  1. On or before 27th April 2009: Refund will be made after the conference with a deduction of only administrative fee of US$ 50.00. All bank charges related to the refund will also be charged to the participant.
  2. On or before 28th July 2009: Refund will be made after the conference with a deduction of 10% from the paid amount. All bank charges related to the refund will also be charged to the participant.
  3. On or before 29th September 2009: Refund will be made after the conference with a deduction of 25% from the paid amount. All bank charges related to the refund will also be charged to the participant.
  4. On or before 20th October 2009: Refund will be made after the conference with a deduction of 50% from the paid amount. All bank charges related to the refund will also be charged to the participant.
  5. After 20th October 2009: No refund.
